Goal
The Taxable Gross Setup is same for Locations P0001 & P0023 for the state NY. However the calculations show that the NY P0001 follows the federal taxable gross definition while the NY P0023 follows the FICA definition.
Is there an explanation for why the setup is the same and yet the system knows to calculate differently?
