ETL92: Fluid Approval Email Notifications Not Working (Doc ID 2779049.1)

Symptoms

It appears Payable Time Approval notification is not triggered even though email notification is configured.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Approval is setup for Payable Time.
2. Email notification is selected on Register Transaction for TLPayable Time, Configuration Transaction.
3. Manager’s User profile is properly setup with a valid email address.
4. Employee enters IN/OUT punches for via fluid Report Time page and submits.
5. Time Admin is run.
6. No email notification is sent to Manager’s Email inbox even though the transaction(s) are shown under Pending Approvals.
