Symptoms

PC_PRICING process is not creating expected target BIL rows.

Replication Steps:

  1. In the PROJ_RESOURCE table, there are some transactions for which the BI_DISTRIB_STATUS field has a value of 'N'. The project/activity is associated with a rate based contract line.
  2. When running PC_PRICING (Project Costing > Utilities > Pricing) for one such project, the value of the BI_DISTRIB_STATUS field is still 'N' and no target BIL rows are getting generated.
