The ACA_EMP_MO_CH4 Record Definition in Application Designer fields CHAR4_03(Mar) and CHAR4_02(Feb) are in the incorrect order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open ACA_EMP_MO_CH4 Record Definition in Application designer.

2. Field 11 is CHAR4_03(Mar) and Field 12 is CHAR4_02(Feb)
