Total Reward Statement Does Not Display Name For Employees Who Have Multiple Employee Record Numbers (Doc ID 2779738.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Total Reward Statement and an employee has multiple Employee Record Numbers, the %TRW_DISP_VW.NAME_DISPLAY variable does not pick up the employees name.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Manager Self Service > View Total Rewards
  2. Select Employee
  3. View Statement
  4. Notice Name is missing from "Welcome"Statement
