Error: "Variable contains a reference to a row object that has been deleted." When Editing a Requisition On Checkout Page From Fluid My Requisition Tile While Using Page And Configurator (Doc ID 2780091.1)

Symptoms

When using Page and Field Configurator to hide some fields on Requisition page and then trying to edit this Requisition from Fluid My Requisition tile get below error:

Setup and steps to replicate the issue:

1) Page and Field Configuration setup: Add below fields to hide them in our requisition component. Given below is the configuration steps to pick the fields from different pages.
2) Navigate to Enterprise Components >> Page and Field Configuration >> Page and Field Configurator
3) Add Component -PV_MOB_855_CMP
4) Enter Description - Create Requisition
5) Device Form Factor checkboxes should all be checked
6) Now Go to Configure Field Properties on this page and add all below fields from different pages as mentioned below:
      Hide to Templates (Item Detail Page)
      Select 06-Item Detail Page as primary page
      Press Search (blank secondary page)
      Select Add to Templates link (PV_MOB_DET_WRK >> PV_TEMPL_SUB_PB)
      Business Unit (Cart)
      Select 04-Cart as Primary Page
      Press Search (blank secondary page)
      Select Business Unit (PV_MOB_CHK_WRK >> BUSINESS_UNIT)
      Currency (CheckOut)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Press Search (blank secondary page)
      Select Currency (PV_MOB_CHK_WRK >> CURRENCY_CD)
      Add/Edit Comments (Checkout)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Press Search (blank secondary page)
      Select Add to Templates (PV_MOB_CHK_WRK >> PV_TEMPL_SUB_PB)
      Add to Template (Checkout)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Press Search (blank secondary page)
      Select Add/Edit Comments (PV_MOB_HDR_WRK >> COMMENTS5_PB)
      Comments (Mass Change)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Select 06-Requisition Settings as Secondary Page
      Press Search
      Select Comments (PV_MOB_APLY_DEF >> COMMENTS_2000)
      Copy Defaults (Mass Change)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Select 06-Requisition Settings as Secondary Page
      Press Search
      Select Load Values from defaults (PV_MOB_APLY_DEF >> PV_COPY_DEFAULTS)
      Ext (One Time Address Page)
      Select 18-Pv Mob 855 Set Fl as Primary page
      Select 03-View One Time Address Only
      Press Search
      Select EXT (PV_MOB_DFLT_WRK >> EXTENSION)
      Comments (Schedule Detail Page)
      Select 08-Checkout as Primary Page
      Select 05-Shopping Cart Details as Secondary Page
      Press Search
      Select Comments (PV_MOB_HDR_WRK >> COMMENTS4_PB)
7) Once all the above 9 fields are added and Hide field checkbox is checked for the fields which were added, save the page.
8) Go to Map to Portal Registry tab:
       Select EMPLOYEE Portal
       Press Apply Configuration Button
       Save the page and come out of it
9) Perform the below setup on the Map to Portal Registry tab:
       Click on Review/Edit Mapping
       On the Page Level Event Mapping
       Add a new row
       Page - PV_MOB_855_CHEKOUT
       Service ID - EOCC_ROWINSERT
       Processing Sequence - Post Process
       Sequence Number - 1
       Make Sequence Number - 2 for  Page - PV_MOB_855_CHEKOUT
       Service ID - EOCC_PAGEACTIVATE
10) After the above setup is done on the Page and Field configurator, Save the page.

11) Now Click on eProcurement Tile > My Requisition tile
12) Pick a requisition which has more than 1 line.
13) Click on Edit requisition from Actions dropdown.
14) When you click on Edit requisition, I get the below error :
