EAM: After Transferring One of the Business Unit Books to a Different Business Unit the Asset Status Is Set to Transferred and the System Cannot Perform Any Other Transactions for the Remaining Books

Symptoms
After Transferring only one of the two Asset Books to a different Business Unit, the PS_ASSET.ASSET_STATUS is set to 'T'(Transferred) and users cannot perform any other transactions for the remaining Book.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Asset and Calculate the Depreciation / Accounting Entries
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add
2. Transfer some of the Asset Books to a different Business Unit
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Financial Transactions > Cost Adjust/Transfer Asset
3. Review the Asset Status
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Basic Add
