E-DPK: DPK Setup Not Encrypting Passwords (Doc ID 2780492.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.58 version, Updates and Fixes

Passwords were not encrypted during the DPK install prior to exiting the setup to use customizations. The passwords were stored in the delivered .yaml file in cleartext


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the DPK setup.
2. Supply passwords as prompted.
3. Choose to exit the DPK setup and use customizations when prompted.
4. Examine the configuration.yaml.
5. Passwords are stored in clear text.
