Verify Employee ID Link Doesn't Return Search & Match Results Page for Recruiters (Doc ID 2780863.1)

Symptoms

When Recruiters select the 'Verify Employee ID' link while preparing an applicant for hire, the 'Employee ID Verified' field switches immediately from No to Yes.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As recruiter, search for Applications
2. Once applicant results are returned, select Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Prepare for Hire
3. On application page, select 'Verify Employee ID' link
4. Note Search and Match results page is not opened, but the 'Employee ID Verified' is updated to Yes
