Symptoms
Performance issue in Resource Management pages when Application Engine RS_CACHE_AD is running with option "Refresh Resource Organizational Unit Cache".
Steps:
1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Resource Search > Cache Administration
2. Select Refresh Resource Organizational Unit Cache
3. Run App engine RS_CACHE_AD
4. Navigate to Resource Management pages like Service Order and Assignment
