Requisition Shows Incorrect Quantity,Price and Merchandise Amount After Change Order Process Updates the Requisition Change Request Status as Error (Doc ID 2781325.1)

Symptoms

EProcurement Requisition shows incorrect Quantity,Price and Merchandise Amount after Change Order Process updates the requisition change request status as Error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create a special request requisition with Qty = 1,000,000 & Unit Price = $0.01 and Merchandising amount = $10,000.00 (Navigation: eProcurement > Requisitions)
2) Approve Req, Budget check Req & Source it to Purchase Order(PO) from Expedite Requisition (Navigation: eProcurement > Buyer Center> Expedite Requisitions)
3) Budget check PO & Dispatch PO
4) Create a change request by editing Requisition and modifying the Qty to 1 & Unit Price to $10,000.00 and workflow will route to same approvers as the Merchandising amount will still be $10,000.00 (Navigation: eProcurement > Manage Requisitions > From the actions drop down, select Edit Requisition)
5) Approve the change request.
6) Receive the PO fully before running Change order process. (Navigation: Purchasing > Receipts> Add/Update Receipts)
7) Run Change order process to update the PO as per the change request ((Navigation: Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Manage Chnage Orders > Process Change Orders)
8) PO Change order process goes to success.
9) The change request status will error out as expected for both the Price change and the Qty change with the Qty cannot be reduced below the received Qty error which is working as expected.
10) However the Requisition will be displaying Merchandising amount $10,000,000,000.00 ($10 Billion) even though the Requisition was only approved for $10,000.00
