E-AWE: After PT8.58 Email Notifications Functional Change, How to Configure Workflow to Send One Email with Multiple 'To:' Recipients? (Doc ID 2781354.1)

Goal


After upgrading from PeopleTools (PT) 8.56 to 8.58 and from FSCM 9.2 PUM 27 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 38, the functionality on how workflow emails are generated has changed. Prior to the upgrade, users were seeing that when an email was generated on the workflow Process ID "Requisition" with the Event "On Error", recipients would get one email with multiple "To Recipient". But now, they are seeing multiple emails, one email to each individual on the Approval component of the workflow.

Having the ability to see that all recipients of the email notification adds value and allows users to know who else is receiving the notification. Users would like to know if there is a configuration option they can set to get back the functionality they had previously?
