ABMGT: Duplicate Extended Absence Name Appearing In The Combo Box On Extended Absence Request Page After Adding Row to Eligibility Group

Symptoms
While trying to submit an extended absence for an employee, duplicate absence names are appearing under "Absence Name" field on the extended absence request page.
Below are the steps to replicate the issue :
1. For any eligibility group, add another effective dated row by updating the description of the group.
2. Ensure that the eligibility group is associated with the employee on JOB data.
3. Go to "Request extended absence" page for the test employee ID.
4. Click on the "Absence Name" drop down and notice duplicate absence name description is appearing for all the eligible absences.
