A health care provider assigned new group numbers to Benefit Plans. Their requirement states that the DTP 348 segment of the HIPAA file contain the date of the group change as the effective date of coverage for all current participants, but the BN_HIPAA5010 process is pulling the original enrollment date for participants. Is there some configuration change that can be made so process BN_HIPAA5010 picks up the Benefit Plan group number change date in the DTP 348 segment of the HIPAA file instead of the original enrollment date?
