Symptoms
When using Download Grid to Excel, the last number zero is getting truncated after the decimal.
For example the data in Peoplesoft grid is 90.0 whereas in Excel it's showing as 90.
Replication steps:
----------------
1. Have data in the Peoplesoft grid something like 90.0
2. Click on "Download to Excel" icon on the Grid.
3. Observe the Excel sheet.
4. The number shows as 90 instead of 90.0.
