Symptoms
When creating an environment in Cloud Manager (CM), the File System for shared use is not available from the drop-down list.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Cloud Manager and select the Environment tile.
2. Click the Create Environment button.
3. Try to select the File System for the Linux middle-tier.
