E-AWE: After Being Pressed, the Fluid Approval "More" Button Disappears Without the Additional Actions Being Displayed (Doc ID 2782549.1)

Symptoms

On the fluid approval page, the "More" button disappears after being pressed without displaying the additional actions. After being pressed, the "More" button should disappear, and the additional actions should be displayed. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in PIA
  2. Click Approval tile
  3. Open an Expense report approval.
  4. Click/press the "More" button, and observe that it disappears without displaying the additional actions.
