Symptoms
Learners get a PeopleCode error when they Launch/Enroll in a Mandatory Learning Items.
The following error is triggered in PIA:
Steps to replicated the issue:
1. Log in ELM application as a learner.
2. Go to Employee Self Service Homepage
3. Go to Learning Tile
4. Go to Find Learning Tile
5. Click on a mandatory course
6. Click on Launch or Enroll hyperlinks and the above error is triggered in PIA
