EGM: When Printing in PDF Format, GM_FFR_XRPT (Federal Financial Report) Is Printing Blank Pages for pages 2 And 3 For Some Awards. (Doc ID 2782926.1)

Symptoms

When printing in PDF format, GM_FFR_XRPT (Federal financial report) is printing blank pages for pages 2 and 3.

Replication Steps.

  1. Navigate to Grants > Interactive Reports > Federal Financial Report
  2. Create a new run control, provide the values necessary and kick off the GM_FFR_XRPT process. When doing so, please select the format as "PDF".
  3. Once the process is successful, Go to Reporting Tools > Report Manager and open the pdf GM_FFR_XRPT.pdf and review.
  4. Notice that when the sections on pages 2 and 3 return no values, then the pages are printing as blank pages.
