E-WF: How to Resend Workflow Emails that were Sent Previously?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A site had a mail server issue. As a result, all the approval emails sent from PeopleSoft were not actually sent out by the mail server. Once the mail server issue is resolved, the site would like to know if there is a method within PeopleSoft, to resend approval emails so the emails that were not actually sent by the mail server could be sent.
