ESOCIAL - S-2200 and S-2300 Events with Error 553 - Group 'FGTS' Should Not Be Populated. (Doc ID 2783271.1)

S-2200 and S300 events return with the error below, after being validated by eSocial:

"Error 553 - Group 'FGTS' should not be populated. Check the fill conditions in the layout."

For S-2200, FGTS tag should follow the rule below:

N (if tpAdmissao = [6] OR (if codCateg is different from [104] and dtAdm >= [1988-10-05]) OR (if codCateg = [104] and dtAdm >= [2015-10-01]); O (in other cases)

For the cases reported, the FGTS tag should not be generated.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Patches  for the eSocial release S1.0 need to be applied.
2. Run the Initial Basics : S-1000 event.
3. Run the Initial Load for S-2200 and S-2300 events.
4. Events returned with error from eSocial.
