Symptoms

After upgrading Visual Cobol from 4.0 to 6.0, the following link errors appear when compiling:


The Visual Cobol installation has downloaded some required Visual C++ Redistributable libraries correctly. Also, the prerequisite Windows SDK package and the Microsoft Build Tools packages are installed per the Microfocus article below, but the cbllink error continued to occur.
