Symptoms

After starting Process Scheduler, the following warnings are seen multiple times in the TUXLOG even though Push Notifications are turned off in Process Scheduler.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Boot process scheduler domain.

2. Open the Tuxedo log (TUXLOG.MMDDYY) of Application Server, and observe the warnings above.
