Student Financials BI Publisher Reports Do Not Show File Name in Report Manager (Doc ID 2783614.1)

Symptoms

After applying maintenance beyond Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 13 (for example, in one case catch up maintenance was applied up to PUM19), Student Financials BI Publisher reports are not populating the USERFILENAME on the PSXPRPTDEFN. The reports run to success, but the report name/description is no longer shown in Report Manager, unlike on the previous maintenance levels.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps. Note this example uses the Trial Balance Report, but the issue can be replicated by running any of the above listed BI Publisher Reports.

  1.  Navigate to Student Financials, GL Interface, Trial Balance Reports, By Student;
  2.  Select a run control;
  3.  Populate the run control with the appropriate range of dates;
  4.  Click Run;
  5.  Select Trial Bal by Student (Post Dt);
  6.  Submit the process to the process scheduler;
  7.  When the process has completed, return to the run control page;
  8.  Click the Report Manager hyperlink, and note the information displayed. 


Changes

The issue will be seen after consuming the fix for <Bug 28645451>-DELIVERED REPORT DEFINITIONS SHOULD NOT HAVE A SPACE IN THE FILE NAME.
