Document Upload Step Is Not Updated To Complete After Uploading a Document for Cloned Fluid Life Event (Doc ID 2783695.1)

Symptoms

When an uploaded document is approved, the Document Upload step of a cloned Fluid Life Event does not update to 'Complete' but remains in a "Visited" Status.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1  Employee begins a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Life Events tile) and proceeds to the Document Upload step.
     2. Employee uploads a document.
     3. Administrator approves the document (Navigation: Workforce Administrator homepage > Benefits Administrator tile > Review Employee Benefits > Approve Document Upload).
     4. Employee returns to the Life Event but Document Upload step remains in a "Visited" Status.
