HESA Cost Centre Subjects (HECoS) Only Allows Three Rows (Doc ID 2784019.1)

On Campus Solutions 9.2 Image 18, PeopleTools 8.57, when attempting to add cost centre, in the HESA Module Details

The Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), allows the Module Subject Entity may have up to 16 occurrences. See the link below:
https://www.hesa.ac.uk/collection/c20051/a/modulesubject

However, the HECoS Subjects page only allows up to 3.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > HESA Module Details
Search or add a new course id.
Go to HECoS Subjects grid, try to add more than three rows, grid only allows three rows.
