Receive an Error "Class Row method GetRowset scroll RECV_LN_DISTRIB is invalid." when Creating a Receipt on Fluid page (Doc ID 2784345.1)

Symptoms

The user was unable to create a receipt on the fluid page due to an error


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create requisition in the fluid page
2. Add an item and enter Asset Information at the distribution level, Profile = COMPUTERS, Capitalize = N
3. Submit
4. Create purchase order by copying the requisition
5. Dispatch Purchase Order
6. Click eProcurement tile
7. Click ePro Receiving tile
8. Search the purchase order
9. Select the purchase order item and click Receive selected
10. Click Review Receipt Details
11. Click Submit
