Page and Field Configurator Does Not Hide Column Header on Benefit Election Pages in Fluid Benefit Enrollment (Doc ID 2784452.1)

On Benefit election pages in Fluid Benefit Enrollment, Employer Costs themselves can be hidden by selecting the Employer cost field, BNE_ANNL_AMT_NTTAX, and setting it to Hide Field on the Page and Field Configurator. However, this does not hide the "Employer Cost" heading on the column.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. On the Page and Field Configuration (Navigation: Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configurator > Page and Field Configurator), set the BNE_ANNL_AMT_NTTAX field to be hidden.
     2..Check an enrollment page in Fluid Enrollment (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details > Benefits Enrollment)
