Symptoms
After applying bug 32254234, Preload is not inheriting the PC chartfields correctly for AR, UAR lines.
The same scenario is working fine before applying bug 32254234.
REPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------
1. Setup AR level, AR distribution and Interunit AP level as Header on Set Up Financials/Supply Chain - Install - Installation Options - Billing Integration options.
2. Update AR with PC chartfields is not checked on Set Up Financials/Supply Chain - Install - Installation Options - Billing Integration options.
3. Enter a new rate-based contract with contract terms for project/activity and retainage Id ( Customer Contracts - Create and Amend - General Information).
4: Assign bill plan as 'as incurred'.
5: Add transaction to project, activity from the contract terms ( Project Costing - Transaction Definitions - Add Transactions).
6: Process this transaction.
7: Run CA_BI_INTFC and load data to billing interface tables (Customer Contracts - Schedule and Process Billing - Process As Incurred Billing).
8: Run Billing interface.( Billing - Interface Transactions - Process Billing Interface)
9: Run single action job for bill created.
10: Query BI_ACCT_ENTRY AR line created with no PC chartfields, UAR line is created with only project id but blank PC BU and Activity.
