Social Security Number (SSN) Validation Message Popping Up Twice When Made A Required Field For Dependents (Doc ID 2785446.1)

Symptoms

When the dependent’s date of birth and/or National ID are set as Required on the Page and Field Configurator, the employee gets duplicat error messages for each missing required field when adding a dependent in Self Service.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Dependent/Beneficiary Info step.
     2. Employee adds a dependent and attempts to save without adding a birth date or National ID.
     3. Employee gets several error messages for the missing birth date and clears them, enters a birth date and tries to save again.
     4. Employee gets two error messages for missing National ID.
