Symptoms
When updating a par count with many items, the save takes a long time (several minutes) or may time out.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Par location definition that has many items

Inventory, Replenish Par Locations, Define Par Location, Header
2. Make a change to the par location items and save.
3. Save takes several minutes or time out.
