Symptoms
When Delegation is active the reported time approvals, correctly route to Proxy for first 2 days and incorrectly route to Proxy and Delegator for the next 3 days of the Week.
STEPS

1. Create a Delegation Request
2. Proxy Accepts delegation
3. Employee reports time for a week.
