Tax distribution does not allow for hourly employees working in multiple states

1. Where is the tax location configured in Time & Labor?

2. Where do you input the tax location?

3. Is there any other option to make a one time state distribution election for hourly employees that won't have to be entered for every time hours are reported?

4. What happens to bonuses and other non-hour related earnings that have nothing to do T&L and are paid through additional pay but still need to be distributed across the two (or more) states?
