EEX 9.2: Users Are Unable to Add Project Costing related ChartFields when Editing the Accounting Details of a Cash Advance

Symptoms
With the delivery of the Enhancement Request <Bug 30547821> (ENH : NEW FEATURE - CASH ADVANCE ACCOUNTING DETAILS (CLASSIC)) within FSCM 9.2 Image #35, Expenses Employees are able to finally enter/update the Accounting Details of Cash Advance transactions. However, when Users try to edit the Accounting ChartFields, none of the Project Costing related ChartFields are available:
- BUSINESS_UNIT_PC Project Costing Business Unit
- PROJECT_ID Project ID
- ACTIVITY_ID Activity ID
- RESOURCE_TYPE Source Type
- RESOURCE_CATEGORY Category
- RESOURCE_SUB_CAT Subcategory
As a result, the Cash Advance Accounting Entries cannot be as detailed as per desired by the business, and audit reporting, and reconciliation of such payments become hindered.
