After an employee is terminated and a payment is made, the incorrect source tax rate is selected for employees with a tax method of Vaud.
A correction should be made to the formula CH_TX_FO050 to include annualized salary otherwise an incorrect tax rate will be selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee terminated with source tax in Geneva C1N, CH_TX_LUP_CP was generated value 12163.30
2. Now a new payment after termination as positive Input, we did in this testcase example a onetime payment of 200,000 taxable in a period after termination
3. Should return a tax rate of 26.57% instead of 20.81% for C1N as yearly adjustment depends on tax method VD for canton Geneva
