Schedule Of Classes Giving Conflict Error For Multiple Event Ids After PUM 21 (Doc ID 2787039.1)

"Data being added conflicts with existing data" error when adding a facility on the Maintain Schedule of Classes component.

When adding a facility ID to a class in Schedule of Classes, it tries to use a previous event ID instead of pulling a new (the next) event ID. It seems like the event ID that was just used is cached somehow so the system tries to use it again. Using the same event ID is not allowed, so that part is correct but it should not be trying to use the same one already saved by someone else. It seems to always try to use the event ID that was just used (so the most recent). if we remove the facility information from the class where the event ID is already being used then we do not get the error and can save the class. Sometimes it tells us which event ID is in conflict and sometimes it does not. We never set the campus event ID manually, it is always set by the system so it should always pick the next one but since PUM 21 it is not doing then regularly. We believe there are some other Universities also having this problem.
