Tuition Calculation Is Picking Up Campus From Lowest Career Numbered Program And Not Term Activated (Doc ID 2787138.1)

Tuition is calculating incorrectly when a new Program is added to a student. 

In this scenario, the student has 3 active Academic Programs each with a different Academic Career number.  Each Program is location specific and Tuition Group Criteria are setup to be Location specific.  For this scenario the wrong Tuition Group is selected.  For all three Programs the Max Prog Effective Date on the Term setup is the last day of the Term.

it is expected tuition calculation will distinguish between Program / Term combinations and select the correct Tuition Group.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation

  1. Calculate tuition for the current Term
  2. Add a new Program to the student (Navigation: Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan)
  3. Enroll the student in the new Program for the next Term (Navigation: Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students)
  4. Calculate tuition for the next Term (Navigation: Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation)
