E-PIA: Classic Menu Does Not Show in Canadian French After Changing the Browser Language Setting (Doc ID 2787452.1)

Symptoms

Classic menu does not show in Canadian French by changing the browser language setting

The menu items should show Canadian French after the change


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Internet Options and click languages
2. Click Set Language Preferences
3. Click Add a Language and add Canadian French
4. Open IE and try to login into the Application by clicking <username>@<domain name> – See the page which Canadian French on login screen. The landing page classic menu is still English.
