Emergency Contact Allowing to Save Same Name Multiple Times with Blank Spaces When Using Component Interface (Doc ID 2788439.1)

Symptoms

Emergency contact is allowing to save same contact name multiple times with BLANK spaces(Eg:'TEST', ' TEST', ' TEST') when uploading using Test Component Interface(CI: HHR_EMERGENCY_CNTCT_SRV)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login App designer and Open CI HHR_EMERGENCY_CNTCT_SRV
2. Right click on Component Interface and click on 'Test Component Interface'
3. Enter the Emplid and Click on 'Find'
4. Enter contact name 'TEST' and enter the other details and save it.
5. Now enter the contact name ' TEST'(with one space before the first character) and enter other details and save it.
6. Now enter the contact name '  TEST'(with two space before the first character) and enter other details and save it.
7. Verify the Emergency contact name from Front end.
