Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.57.14, the following errors are seen when sending an outbound REST Post request to a third party.
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Set up the integration in the upgraded environment.
2. Send the REST request to the 3rd party.
3. Observe the errors above in the Message Monitor and msgLog.html.
Changes
After the PeopleTools upgrade, the “Hide parent Object label” checkbox on the request message Document's JSON tab was not selected.
