Symptoms

Calculating tuition for one student returns the following error displayed on the page:

Re-initiating the Tuition Calculation for the same student will often be successful.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation.
  2. Query the student to be calculated
  3. Find the correct Career and Term
  4. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button and note the error on the page.
