ePerformance Issue When An Employee Or Manager Go Through The Current Performance Documents Process Pagelet Grid not Displaying all rows (Doc ID 2789344.1)

Symptoms

Issue in ePerformance when a Manager or an Employee go through steps in Current Performance Documents, the current steps is expanded and the not all the information is displayed.
 
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Employee view in Navigation: Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents > Current Documents
2. Manager View in Navigation: Manager Self Service > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Current Documents
3. The Steps in which the Employee or Manager is currently in will be expanded and others will be Collapsed when we go inside the Document which is currently in progress.
4. The Task in the Expanded Step doesn't show up properly as expected. Only half of the text is visible and other half is not getting displayed properly.

Changes

 This issue due to a regression introduced by <Bug 26882310>.
