Print View of the Enrollment Preview Statement Contains Only the Header

Symptoms
When an employee attempts to print an Enrollment Preview Statement, the report is incomplete showing only static text and no benefit or other information. The report produced for the Submitted Enrollment Statement, however, does include all information. On the other hand, the Submitted Enrollment Statement report is complete.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee makes benefit elections (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment).
2. Employee selects Enrollment Preview Statement button then Print View link.
3. Check the .pdf file produced.
