Symptoms
Making frequent changes to a tree causing the following sporadic error message when trying to save the tree. The issue seems to happen mostly with select Trees that are frequently updated. Changes to some nodes impacting other unrelated nodes when just cutting and pasting to move nodes.
Message
<NODE NAME> has no specified range. (25,11)
The specified leaf-node does not contain a range value specification.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Make several changes to a large tree in tree manager
2. Save the tree
3. Observe sporadic reported error message
