Symptoms
Chartfields disappear if one user is responsible for approving budget journals for multiple approval levels
Steps
1) Create a budget journal
2) Submit it for approval (with 2 levels approvals)
3) Log in as a user that is in both approval levels. Approve the first time. Note that the page is not displaying correctly when the 2nd level approval is shown
