Symptoms
On : 8.58 version, Security
Unable to access Peopletools objects in Application Designer and getting below error. Applications objects are opening fine.
ERROR
-------
"You do not have permission to edit or view <OBJECT NAME> (78,10)"
Ex: "You do not have permission to edit or view Page.<page name>. (78,10)"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application designer
2. Open any tools definition like "PAGE.PTACECPYINST"
3. Getting above error.
Changes
No Changes. Only created a new user and assigned permission list with access to application designer.
