When attempting to login to an upgraded PeopleSoft environment, the following error is displayed, after entering valid credentials:

Upgrade from Campus Solutions 9.0 to Campus Solutions 9.2.

The issue may also be observed after upgrade for other upgrade paths or in cloned environments.
