E-CA/PIA: Applying PRP's through PIA fails with error "Failed to set CA general options" (Doc ID 2792755.1)

Symptoms

While trying to Apply PRP's to PUM Source through PIA fails with error :

Log File : AE_PTIAAUTSKEXE_<process id>.stdout, present under path :
1. Login to PIA
2. Click on 'Update scheduler' present under 'Update Manager' of HomePage Selector
3. Under 'All tab'
4. Click on '>' corresponding to your Job name that has Status 'Failed'
5. Click on 'Vew Logs' icon


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Click on 'Update scheduler' present under 'Update Manager' of HomePage Selector
3. Click on 'Define Job'
4. Select 'Yes' for 'Apply PRPs to PUM Source
5. Click on Run
6. Step fails with error mentioned above.
