Symptoms
On the Benefit Plan Enrollment page (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefits Open Enrollment> Click on Benefit Plan card), there is a Select Button for each Plan Name. With screen reader mode on, it reads out the Select check mark for the Plan Election as 'Unlabeled 0 Button' instead of 'Selected'.
