Symptoms
Budget Overview does not display description of Department ID or ChartField after upgrading to image 39
STEPS
1. Navigate to Budget Overview (Navigator>Commitment Control>Review Budget Activities>Budget Overview) and run a new inquiry using any Department ID
2. The Budget Overview Results will not display the Description
3. This issue is also occurring for ChartField1 field that we use.
